Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude maxwin88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by maxwin88

maxwin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In the event of termination for cause, maxwin88 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your maxwin88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
